People & Culture Business Partner

The Opportunity:

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our People & Culture strategy, providing expert guidance and support across the organisation. You’ll help drive the development of a best-practice employment framework, overseeing areas such as HR systems, policies, procedures, enterprise agreements, remuneration and classification structures, performance management, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and reporting requirements.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Manage Benson Radiology, branch and industry quality management standards as per appropriate policies
  • Build practice leadership capability across planning, and other people related domains
  • Provide policy and operational advice to the Executives and managers across Benson Radiology on a range of human resource operational / Employee Relations issues.
  • Support and implement organisational reform initiatives including business simplification and automation processes through technological transformation of human resource practices that support Benson Radiology Strategic Plan
  • Develop and lead an employee engagement and planning process that identify opportunities for improving delivery of P&C functions.
  • Provide operational P&C advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, Employee Relations and disciplinary matters
  • Promote, support and manage the implementation of performance feedback and management processes for stakeholders (including Check In process)

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience as a People & Culture Business Partner 
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or a related discipline is preferred 
  • Sound understanding of Employment Law & WHS Legislation 
  • Experience in leading change 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enterprise agreement negotiation experience is desirable 
  • A solution focused mindset, strong work ethic and attention to detail
