Changes to Benson Radiology’s Corporate Structure

Benson Radiology Group (we, us, our) is undergoing a corporate restructure, as a result of our partnership with Australian healthcare investor Crescent Capital Partners.

As a result, services provided by:

• Benson Radiology (ABN 86 838 865 906) will now be provided by Benson Radiology Group Pty Ltd (ABN 12 693 732 026); and
• Benairn Pty. Ltd. (ABN 33 007 642 631) as trustee for the Benairn Unit Trust (ABN 37 786 812 467) will now be provided by BenairnCo Pty Ltd (ABN 33 693 642 269).

For the purposes of APP 5 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), we confirm if you were or are a client of Benson Radiology, your personal information will be transferred to Benson Radiology Group Pty Ltd, and if you were or are a client of Benairn Pty. Ltd. as trustee for the Benairn Unit Trust, your personal information will be transferred to BenairnCo Pty Ltd.

There will be no change to existing privacy handling practices relating to your personal information and we remain committed to providing high quality medical imaging services and protecting your personal information.
