New CT scanner for Mount Gambier

Additional CT scanner for Mount Gambier — exciting times! Nearly five tonnes of the latest CT technology has been manoeuvred into place at our Mount Gambier and District Health Service clinic.

The new Siemens Drive CT system doubles our CT capacity within the hospital and provides vital redundancy in a regional healthcare setting.

This latest system will also allow for high end cardiac imaging, while reducing the need for patients to travel.

It’ll be operational towards the middle of the month.
