New MRI rebate to help investigate endometriosis

Benson Radiology welcomes the Federal Government’s upcoming Budget commitment of $58 million to create a National Action Plan for the diagnosis, treatment and management of endometriosis. As part of the funding, more than $25 million will be used to make available Medicare-funded MRI imaging. This is a significant investment into managing a condition that affects around 1 in every 9 Australian women.
