Dr Rahul Solanki and Dr Karim Hussein join Benson Radiology

Benson Radiology is delighted to welcome two new doctors — Dr Rahul Solanki and Dr Karim Hussein
Dr. Rahul Solanki is a dual-trained specialist in medical oncology and nuclear medicine. He also currently holds a Medical Oncology Research Fellow as well as a Medical Oncologist position at the ICON Cancer Centre.
Dr Solanki’s areas of interest include:
- Oncological and non-oncological PET/CT
- Theranostics aspect of nuclear medicine in treating benign and malignant thyroid disease and malignancies including prostate cancer and neuroendocrine tumours
- General nuclear medicine studies
Dr Karim Hussein joins Benson Radiology, having previously worked at Royal Adelaide, Queen Elizabeth, Lyell McEwin, and Royal Darwin Hospitals. He currently holds the position of Staff Specialist at Flinders Medical Centre and has also undertaken training at Breast Screen SA.
Dr Hussein’s areas of Interest include:
- Head and Neck imaging
- Breast imaging
- General radiology
