One year anniversary for City West clinic

Benson Radiology’s City West clinic today celebrates one year of service.

The flagship city branch features the most sensitive PET system available, which allows us to scan twice as fast and with half the typical patient dose.

It also has the latest in wide bore 3T MRI technology – the first of its type for the southern hemisphere.

In addition, the clinic provides nuclear medicine, low dose CT, x‑ray and ultrasound

Benson Radiology Managing Partner, Dr Andrew Wicks said he was delighted by the commencement of the City West service.

“To have achieved what we have at this clinic in just one year has been very pleasing,” Dr Wicks said.

“The support we’ve received for our non rebatable MRI and our PET imaging services in particular has surpassed expectations.”

“Most pleasing however has been the overwhelmingly positive feedback we’ve received from our patients.”

“This is particularly satisfying given we deliberately placed an emphasis on making an inner city clinic as accessible as it could be by providing free onsite parking for all patients.”
