South Australia’s first robotic x‑ray system

We’re excited to announce the installation at our North Adelaide clinic of the state’s first robotic x‑ray system.

The ​“Rax” system uses two independent ceiling mounted robotic arms which allows for virtually unlimited patient positioning, whether that be lying, sitting or standing.

The versatile system is also the ultimate all-rounder, performing a wide range of studies including full spine and long leg x‑rays, fluoroscopy, interventional procedures and weight bearing CT studies.
