How to upload your implant card
To help us accurately assess your compatibility with the MRI machine you have been asked to upload your medical device or implant card. This card contains essential details about your medical implant or device.
Important: Please make sure to upload all sides of your implant card, especially the section that includes your implant or device model number(s).
